My BA Project Approach and BA Project Experience
The purpose of this section is to provide you, as a recruiter, with clear summaries of both my general approach to BA projects, and my BA project experience. Hopefully, this analysis will help you to decide if I am a suitable fit for your vacancy.
Basically, as my CV shows, I started my professional career in business analysis and management, moved into UX for a few years and then returned to business analysis focused roles. Therefore, I have structured this review into those three periods.
Please click the link below to access the review and let me know if you would like further information or have questions about any of the experiences described.
CASE STUDIES

User Experience (UX) Research and Design
The following document is a review of my experience working as a UX researcher and designer and the knowledge and skills I developed that are transferable to the role of business analyst.
Working in UX has made me a better professional generally as I now always try to put myself in another's shoes and tailor my approach to their needs and preferences wherever possible.
UX has skyrocketed in importance in recent times, and I believe the knowledge and experience I have gained in the field helps me to be a better business analyst. Likewise, this experience is also very helpful when working with UX professionals on projects.

TEACHING
How Training to Teach Adults Helped Me to Develop Professionally as a Business Analyst
Without a doubt, training to teach/assess adults and learning instructional design have had a significant positive impact on my professional development as a business analyst - and that is why I have included this review as I believe the benefits of the knowledge and experiences gained are considerable.
The knowledge and skills developed as a result are directly transferable into the role of business analyst at every stage of a project.
